Thistle Bee Tea Co was born from a deep love for plants, herbal medicine, and the natural world. As an herbalist with over 18 years of studying plants and holistic wellness, I wanted to create a space where I could share my findings with others. Through Thistle Bee Tea Co, I aim to teach the power of herbs and how they can enhance our daily lives—whether through herbal infusions (or "teas"), remedies, or simply connecting more deeply with the earth around us.
Herbal medicine has been my guide on my own healing journey, and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be. I created this company to help others experience the same benefits: the calming effects of a well-brewed herbal tea, the vitality of a garden full of healing plants, and the balance that comes from living in tune with nature.
One of the most rewarding aspects of herbalism is growing your own herbs and food. There's something deeply fulfilling about watching a tiny seed sprout and grow into a plant that nourishes and promotes wellness. By growing your own herbs, you gain access to fresh, potent plants, while also connecting to the earth in a meaningful way. It's a reminder of the beauty and abundance that nature provides, and the more you nurture it, the more it nurtures you back.
I've strived to make the Thistle Bee space a place "Where Nature and Wellness Grow Together," because that’s exactly what I believe: by growing and working with plants, we invite wellness into our lives. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced gardener, I’m here to guide you on your herbal journey—teaching you how to cultivate, harvest, and work with the plants that will support your health, happiness, and well-being.
I invite you to join me in this beautiful exploration of nature’s healing powers, and discover how growing your own herbs can be both rewarding and empowering. Together, we'll let nature lead the way to better health and deeper connection!
